Disinfecting Service
While you may know us best for our distribution of fire extinguishers, alarms, and other fire safety equipment, Getz Fire is first and foremost a company dedicated to safety. That is why in the wake of recent events related to COVID-19, we are offering industry-leading disinfecting services for your business.
So how does it all work? A trained Getz technician will perform the service, applying the disinfectant*, sanitizer, and virucide spray solution to the surfaces of your choosing, such as door handles, handrails, and food prep tables. By using a fine mist nozzle, we are able to get as much coverage as possible, and will wipe down your surfaces afterwards to avoid streaking and wet spots.
The spray we use is FDA certified food safe, EPA approved, and eliminates 99.99% of many types of bacteria and viruses in 60 seconds, including the virus that causes COVID-19. The solution we use is made up of a “twin chain”-type quaternary ammonium compound that also inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.
At Getz Fire Equipment, we are dedicated to the safety of all, and happy to adapt to the current needs with our disinfecting services. After our skilled staff performs their services, we are confident your business, restaurant, or office space will feel as clean and safe as possible.
